How to manage FAQ sections
- Access the FAQ Section:
Log in to your website’s dashboard and navigate to the FAQ section. This is where all the Frequently Asked Questions are managed.
- View Existing FAQs:
In the FAQ section, you will find a list of all the existing FAQs. This list allows you to see the current questions and answers displayed on the site.
- Edit an Existing FAQ:
If you need to make changes to an existing FAQ, select the relevant FAQ from the list. Once selected, fields for the question and answer will be displayed. You can update the content as required.
- Add a New FAQ:
To include a new FAQ, click on the Add New button. This will open a set of fields where you can input the new question and its corresponding answer. Fill in these fields carefully to ensure the information is clear and accurate.
- Save Your Changes:
After editing or adding FAQs, make sure to click the Save button to store your updates. Without saving, your changes will not be applied.
- Refresh the Frontend:
Once the changes are saved, refresh your website’s frontend to verify that the updates are reflected correctly. This step ensures that your visitors can see the latest FAQ information.
